Choose Account or API help for sign-in problems, API errors, billing, invoices or plan changes on an existing account. Include the email you sign in with, your organization name, and what went wrong: the page, the endpoint or the error code. Never send an API key or a screenshot that shows one. For bulk files, custom coverage or use inside your own product, the data licensing form asks about coverage, delivery format and who sees the data, so our first reply can be specific.

If a score looks wrong for a place you know, send the address or ZIP code and what you expected to see. Methodology explains what a score measures.
